The death has occurred of Jackie Conlan (née Tyrrell)
Carbury, Kildare / Sutton, Dublin.

Date of Death: Tuesday 6th September 2016

Formerly of Sutton, Dublin 13, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at the Donal Hollywood Ward at St. James Hospital, daughter of the late Eileen and James, sister of the late David, Joyce and Bernie, deeply regretted by her loving husband Ollie, daughters Lisa and Ciara, son Colm, sisters Marie, Deirdre, Imelda and Elaine, brothers Ciarán, Kevin and Fergus, son-in-law Justin, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and her large group of special friends.

Jackie’s family are creating a memory wall in her honour. Please feel free to bring a photograph or jot down a memory if you would like to be included in this wall.

Our family would really appreciate if you would consider donating to the Cancer Care Unit of St. James Hospital in lieu of flowers. Donations are care of Paul O’Neill (Funeral Director).

Reposing at her home on Thursday (September 8th) and Friday (September 9th) from 3pm each day with Rosary on both evenings at 9pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12 noon (September 10th) in St Brigid’s Church, Clogherinkoe. Interment afterwards in Ballyboggan Cemetery. House reserved for family members only please on Saturday.
