Peacefully at Naas Hospital. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary. Deeply regretted by his loving family son Patrick, daughters Kay, Ann, Marie and Helen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Mary and Peg, brothers Vincent and Niall, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Jack will repose at his Home on Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 7pm with Rosary each evening at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 1.30pm in Holy Trinity Church, Derrinturn followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
